Since I did that spell, I have been realising that the "voice of reason", in my head ( which inhibits me) is actually my parental conditioning. I now see it as my father's perpetual commentry on my life! This realization has shattered it, and I feel like I am acting in a freer way:)
It has also helped me love my dad more somehow, I guess coz he's not criticizing me in my head 24/7!

Yes it costs a bloody fortune, but you just got to try it. You get a nice size block for 25 quid, it's so pure that you can't eat loads of it like dairy gak chocolate. I am satisfied with a mouthful. Last night I melted a tablespoon in some warm water (it melts at well under 120F), added 2 tbsp raw sugar, +1/2 teaspoon vanilla essance, and I had a transparent golden coloured hot chocolate, creamy and very chocalatey! My husband is planning to make us a press using a car jack, so we can make our own. Will keep y'all posted on that development!

Where'd you get the raw chocolate ? Real chocolate is one of my major vices. Please tell. If you're dealing it, I know at least 2 other sad cocoaheads who'd be seriously interested !
